With only a few weeks to go...

Superstock 73a

This machine is pretty much set to go, just a couple of minor bits to tidy up and the car should be ready for action. Bryce has been busy lately building a sheep pen but soon will set the hammer sights on the car and it will be ready.

Superstock 53a

Well I've been too busy with things around the house, but with the help of Big Phil we got stuck in and finally finished stripping the chassis bare. Sure its taken about 4 weeks but at least its apart now. Just needs to be sand blasted, painted and sort through the mountain of parts and rebuild it. Somehow I can't see it making a practice day but hopefully I will get the time to put it back together by the 1st of November.

Superstock XXa

Work is progressing really quickly on this car, while the picture may not show it clearly, the engine is not quite center mounted and not completely offset. The clutch pedal will be on the left side of the gearbox though. Wayne finished off the mean looking exhausts the other day while Dad finished off the diff. The biggest hold up is for a bell housing, does anyone out there have a Chev to ZF bell housing at a good price? Hopefully this week the first driver of this car will try out my seat and padding for size and all going well we will have a seat built just the same.
