The End of an Era..

The old 53a chassis has been sold and made its journey from the workshop to its new home near Rotorua a couple of weeks ago, I understand the new driver will be moving up from ministocks to stockcars. So good luck to the new owners.

The front bumper was straightened, the quickchange diff removed and the toyota quickly re-mounted, and the pipe was supplied to update the rollcage. Best of all it also allowed us to clear out the spares we had been keeping around for that chassis. Many of the spares become redundant due to the chassis we now are using, and of course we kept lots of spares so the chassis can be re-built for the stockcar class. So now there is more space to put spares for the new cars!
